Products for elevators . If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Items must be returned with proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
- Custom-made or specially ordered items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Please note:
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If your item was purchased as part of a promotion or discounted bundle, only the actual amount paid will be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or received incorrectly. Please report such issues within 3 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items
- Electronic components that have been installed or used.
- Custom orders or specially manufactured parts.
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories.
Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or sent in error.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
